According to a report by “Khabar 33,” the Central Arbaeen Headquarters has announced the registration start date for volunteers wishing to participate in the spiritual Arbaeen pilgrimage for the year 1405 (2026). Accordingly, registration will begin at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, the 9th of Tir (corresponding to the 15th of Muharram 1448 AH) through the “Samah” system at www.samah.haj.ir.
In its first official announcement, the Central Arbaeen Headquarters, while offering condolences on the solemn occasion of the martyrdom of Imam Hussain (AS) and the martyrdom of the wise Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Grand Ayatollah Imam Khamenei (may God have mercy upon him), emphasized that this year’s Arbaeen pilgrimage planning, inspired by the guidelines of the martyred Imam, will be based on providing a journey that is “easy, safe, affordable, and dignified.”
Registration in the Samah System is Mandatory
According to this announcement, registration in the Samah system is mandatory for all pilgrims in order to benefit from essential services, including receiving pilgrimage currency, transportation, and insurance. Pilgrims are required to register within the specified timeframe. Additionally, insurance coverage for pilgrims will be provided by Iran Insurance Company during the Arbaeen period of 1405.
Pilgrim Departure Schedule
According to the Central Arbaeen Headquarters, the departure of pilgrims will begin on the 3rd of Mordad (corresponding to the 10th of Safar) and will continue until the 15th of Mordad (corresponding to the 22nd of Safar).
Registration Process
Registration in the Samah system is completed upon payment of the insurance fee and receipt of confirmation (tracking code), insurance policy, and pilgrim identification card. The Central Arbaeen Headquarters has emphasized that all applicants should pay close attention to the guidelines provided on the Samah system.
