Throughout his blessed life, he made great efforts in defending Islam, building the foundations of the religious seminaries, and raising generations of scholars and virtuous men. He was also a support for the oppressed and a refuge for believers.
We extend our condolences in this great loss to our master, Imam al-Hujjah ibn al-Hasan al-Mahdi, may God hasten his noble reappearance, to the religious seminaries, especially the seminary of Najaf al-Ashraf, to our honorable maraji‘, and to the noble family of the late scholar. We pray to God Almighty to accept him in His vast mercy and to make the presence of our great marja‘ a comfort that helps us continue on the path of prayer and peace, especially on this day when believers across the world renew their covenant with the Commander of the Faithful and the infallible Imams from his lineage.
